INF Install Failure. Access Denied.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. I also have Windows Live Onecare on. I have scheduled "Tune up" to run every Saturday. When tune up starts I get the message "INF Install Failure. Access Denied.". Tune up keeps running and finishes with out any problem. It seems to be more of a nuisance than a problem on my system. Can you tell me what to do to get rid of it? Thanks.
