can't install arcview 3.2
I was trying to install arcview 3.2 in my laptop but always get this message: Setup is unable to run a program needed to proceed with the installation. Restart your system and try again. Error 105". I have restarted my laptop many times but it still does not work. I was able to install it before but I had to uninstall it because I thought it was in conflict with other programs. Please help me. I badly needed to run this software. Thanks.
