BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER resuming from hibernation

Hi there,

I occasionally get a BSOD when resuming from hibernation on my ASUS F8VR laptop with Vista Ultimate SP2.

I've uploaded the latest minidump file, hope somebody out there can diagnose and pinpoint the issue. I am desperately hoping it is not a problem with the memory.

well to rule out the memory go into the bios and set it to do a scan of the memory on bootup. that will eather rule it out or conferm it.
