Converting FAT32 to NTFS

Hi,
I purchase some TB discs but they have been formated as FAT32.
I changed to the Admin account and started the convert by CONVERT F: /FS:NTFS.
But Window respnds that I have enough rigths doing it and I have to run it with enhanced rights.
Then I have created a seaprate Account with Admin rights but the result is the same.
