Windows Mobil Device Center

I have a Treo 750w and Vista 64. I was using WMDC 6.1 for about 2 months with no problems. I rarely turn off my computer (restart when needed), but last week I was going to be away for a couple days, so I turned off my computer. When I turned it back on, Vista will not connect to my Treo any more.

I have unistalled and reinstalled WMDC 6.1 several times and even cleaned it from the registry. Now, I cannot even uninstall the WMDC update that shows in control pannel, it shows the status bar move left to right, then it suddenly goes right to left very quick, closes the status window, but the program is still in control panel.

Any suggestions on
1. how to unintstall this stupid thing
2. install it and get Vista to see my phone again.
