google redirecting bug from hell

Hi everyone. I really hope someone can help me with this bug on my computer. I’ve had some sort of redirecting malware on my computer for some time now. It redirects search engine results to different pages and won’t let me download anything from Microsoft along with some other malware removing sites. I’ve been searching various forums for answers but nothing I find seems to work for me.

I’ve downloaded malwarebytes and superantispyware but neither one will run after I install them, I just get the program has stopped working popup. If needed ill send a hijack this report.

Please help I’m loosing my mind
