Problems Converting Excel 2003 File To Excel 2007
I edited an Excel 2003 (.xls) document using Excel 2007. I saved it as an Excel 2007 (.xlsx) document, which is loaded on my pc, and it was opened by someone who has only Excel 2003 on her pc. When she went through to check the edits, she noticed the following.
1. all of the comments in the cells are now so small that she could not even read them, and
2. when she right-clicked on any cell open and edit a comment, it inserted her name
3. the fonts and size in the spreadsheet were not the same.
How can we remedy this?
