Problem Restoring a backup
I am operating using Widows Vista
Last week I had to format my hard drive completely.
My HP pc automatically re-installed Windows, but as part of that process, It gave me an optoin to backup files. Because of the size, I backed up on to/using an external hard drive.
The files show as an application (backed up files)
The restore process wont work because it gets to a point where it asks me to put a cd in.
I have copied the files onto my C drive now, but I still get the same message.
Is there anyone out there that can help me
