desparately need help
i tried to install a driver for a relatively new hp all-in-one that i have previously used with this laptop and vista. i am receiving a message that says that i am missing 4 registry items that are manufactured by microsoft so i have a vista, not hp, issue. missing are slbcsp.dll; sccbase.dll; gpkcsp.dll; and enum. i believe all are registry keys [whatever that is]. i am not a techie. i prowled around and found registry mechanic which found a whole bunch of problems including a multitude of registry keys. i could pay to sign up and get it fixed, but i'm afraid to go and further. I NEED YOUR HELP!!! what would you guys recommend???? can i get these puppies from microsoft download?? what should i do. i'm really in need of using this printer as i am at our other home and this is my only option. thank you!!!!
