Unable to install "Windows Installer Cleanup Utility"

My Acer-Aspire notebook have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit pre-installed. 160 GB HDD, 2GB RAM,

I am having problem in installing "Windows Installers Cleanup utilitility

Error Msg : There is no script engine for file extension .vbs



Please help me out....

This is file association problem, usually associated with a database. I would start by running windows update. There may be a fix for it. If that doesn't work, try search Micosoft's site for a solution. With new Acer laptops sometimes you get trial software that is not activated, which also could be part of the problem.
