can't extract zip files
im not sure if this is the right place but i need your help. . .
for some reason my pc wont extract my zipped/compressed files anymore. when i right click the file and press extract, the window pops up and i hit extract, and it creates the folder but then there is never anything inside. i have 10 folders that need to be extracted and it wont work on any of them. i dont know whats going on b/c last week it was working fine. can anyone help?
(btw i dont have an actual unzipping program [or atleast that im aware of] b/c i already had one on the computer when i got it new)
