Cd/Dvd problem
This is the second time i have had this problem. the firs time i took it back to future shop where i had purchased my computer from hoping it was gonna be a warrenty issue,but they said it was a software problem so it ended up costing me to get it fixed. Ayways here is the problem that i am having i went to a disc in the other day and found out that my computer no longer reconizes my CD/DVD drive. Now last time when i got it fixed the guy said it was some software program that had caused this problem but he would not or could not tell me what he had done to fix it. Also he could not get the autoplay to work and could not figure that as well. Now i am back to square one again as my computer does not reconize my DVD/CD rom anymore. Can somebody please help me out? I am running windows vista. thanks in advance
