Can't use PCWinSoft "ScreenCamera" under Vista 64 bit
I recently purchased a Screen Camera software program that I had used previously under WinXP and when I installed it I was notified that the program did not have a digital signature.

The company has updated the software supposidly to work under Vista, but it doesn't.

How difficult is it for 3rd party software manufacturers to obtain a digital signature for their software products?

Is there any way to circumvent this digital signature issue, this is a quality software product that is affordable?
