no disk exception processing message oxc0000013

any body getting this error every time you boot up - hp computer - just started happening when i was loading hp software - cant pin down to what program i ran because i loaded 31 programs - computer brand new - vista ultimate 64 bit - do not want to restore after all the work i put into it - any ideas

i was able to get rid of the error no disc oxc0000013 by renaming the removable drives in discmanagement which said no media - apparently one of my programs may have been still looking for the disc - by renaming them it had nowhere to go - more details if needed - bill
