I have a Dell desktop computer that came with Windows XP and Microsoft Word 2003 pre-installed. I recently installed XP service pack 3 and subsequently, Word will not open. I get a message that wordret.msiis missing.

Since the programs came pre-installed, I do not have the disks.

How can I obtain the file in a relatively easy fashion.

I have spent several hours trying to find a solution for this problem. It doesn't seem right that it is so difficulty.
