APPCRASH problem event occurs a lot...

ok guys, after installing my windows ultimate arround 7 months ago eveything worked fine... never had any problem, until I updated it last time (I dont know what was updated from microsoft) my windows explorer restarts even if I right click on any file on desktop... and not only this my system gets total halt (no error screen or anything just straight halt) randomly... mostly while playing game but it can halt even while I'm working in office or even if I'm doing nothing it just halts without any error or blue screen. for the explorer restart here is the problem report:

but need to know why it halts and for this I dont even have any porblem report, is there any program that can actually detect what is the problem...
