User Forms in VBA IDE

I have just changed from Win98 to Vista still having problems this is another thing which gives this error message.
When in the IDE for VBA in Excel I want to add a text box to an existing form, I choose the Toolbox click textbox and when I try to put it on the form I get "Error accessing the OLE Registry"

Is this a problem with Vista or the installation of Excel

Ok Have solved the problem myself, just run Excel as administrator and this prob is solved, unfortunately others appear but can live with those
