MS Money restore problems

I'm changing all my programs to a new computer with Home Vista. In attempting to restore my MSMoney program (2003) to the new computer, I;m suddenly prompted for a password before I can restore from the backup file or the .mny file. I've been using MSMoney for quite awhile and have never been asked to use or create a password.

Any suggestions on how I can get past this password prompt?
