help!!

I keep getting the message one or more ActiveX controls are blocked. I try to follow steps to unblock however the other propblem is that I can't access the administrators profile as when I tyor the correct password the message user profile service service is unavailable or aomething like that can anyone give me a clue!!

So you can log into a normal account, but not administrator.

What is the message that your getting for the activex control.

Sounds like a trojan. Try The home of Spybot-S&D! in one of your standard accounts. You will have to right click the executable (once downloaded) and "run as administrator".

Know more once have ActiveX message.
