i really don't know what to title it and sorry if this is a repost. but i had recently reformatted my comp after a very happy year w/ it and now for some reason vista has changed. my personalization options aren't the same Example: my monitor can go up to 1440x900 res. but that option isn't on there anymore and instead of 2 pictures of monitors when changing resolution there's only one. i can't select vistas aero as a them anymore and it won't play none of the screensavers saying 'graphics card is out of date or doesn't support direct 3d' so any suggestions?

reinstall the driver for your graffix card. when you reinstalled vista installed a generic driver for your graffix card. get the actual driver for it and install it. that should fix your problems.
