Windows Live - Junk mail ????

I have a problem that just started with the Junk mail filter. As a forum moderator I get email notifications about any new member, private messages to me, thread posts, etc. Until just recently mail from my forum came into the Inbox as it should, but it started arriving and was put in the Junk folder. Despite clicking the not junk mail and adding the forum addy to the safe sender list and safe domain list and into my contacts list, more and more from the forum came to the Junk mail folder. Now every mail from the forum goes to the Junk mail folder. I've been reading other ppl have been getting the same problem with valid mail being put in the Junk mail folder, but nobody seems to know why.
Has anybody got any ideas on this or a fix for it?. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I decided to change the email addy my forum sent my notification mail to. I was using my ISP mail addy to start with, now the forum sends it to my Live mail account and it comes to the Inbox every time.
It must be my ISP mailbox thats the problem, making the valid mail come as Junk mail.
