Windows Installer Error Message 80070641

Hello,

I received the following error message: 80070641 Windows installer is not working properly. I am un able to install/uninstall programs and updates to my PC. Does anyone know how to fix this?

yes but it wasnt at firsr i had to go in and turn it on automatic. I found this out from reading another thread but when i try to click start in the top left i get another error i think it was error 5. Id love phone support if someone could help with this ill leave my #.
