update kb955466

I'm tryng to install the patch KB955466 but the installation failed with error 779.
I searched any solution on the web but it's impossibile to solve the problem, Furthermore, it's impossibile to refuse the update.

I have Windows Vista and Office 2003

Many thanks in advance for any good solution.
