Any help would be appreciated
I downloaded vista's ultimate grey theme. And have been trying to install it like the instructions say. But when i try to take owner ship of the application it keeps saying can not access control editor. (null) i thought about doing a recovery but i can't even access my control panel anymore. i cant even drag the application to the destination it asks for. All my screen does is flickers on on off and nothing happens, the application is still in the same location. Help if anyone knows what i should do.
