Fonts not appearing

In any program in Vista, I am unable to view any installed fonts. For example, I have a logo using "joinks" font. If I open MSWord and check the font list, it is not listed there. Only the fonts that came with Vista appear. I am putting all fonts in Windows>Fonts and I am running programs as Admin.

Any ideas?
