Cant install a program from a CD?!?!?!
Hey guys, I am new here. I have searched the web for an answer to this but cant find an answer.
Anyway, I bought a new HP laptop, came with vista on it. I am trying to install photoshop onto the computer but nothing happens when I put the CD in. I put in a different disc with pictures on it and right away a box opened asking how I wanted to open it and I did, then i could view the files fine...so now I thought the disc was bad, I put the disc in my desktop (non-vista) and it works fine.
I am hoping you guys can help me out, I am becoming very frustrated with this problem.
