Media Center + power outage
So, its the Olympics & i have media center set to record everything off NBC. I get hungry, pause it & go put some food in the micro - not thinking that my roomie is using the washer. So, long funny story short, I blow the fuse  . I get it replaced in about 5 min or so & go reboot the computer & the 2 ish hours I was recording/watching, are gone. Does Vista automatically dump what it was recording if theres a power failure? I'd think at least the part that was already recorded would be fine & just have some coruption @ the end of the file? Any answers?  |
