Microsoft Photo Gallery Won't Save Changes to Photos

I have been running Vista 32-bit since June 2007. All of a sudden, yesterday, my Windows Photo Gallery will not save edits/changes to photos within the program. It will let me change things in the Fix section, but when you try to save it a message box pops up that says, "An error is preventing Photo Gallery from saving this picture." Has anyone had the same problem? Searching on Microsoft's website has yielded no help. I haven't done anything different yesterday and today to make me think of what could be causing the problem. Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem. I see no one has replied to your email - perhaps if more of us identify the problem someone will give us a hand.
