Runtime Error in Quattro Pro

Hi,

I am running Vista, and have Quattro Pro 12. Each time I try to load the program, I received the following error.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\ProgramFiles\WordPerfect Office1Programs\QPW.exe
abnormal program termination

I have tried to locate the compatability selection; however, when going under properties, this is not available. Can someone help?
