lost vista password
can anyone help?
bought a new laptop yesterday with vita installed, booted up and started fine. set up a username and password fine, then used the "windows easy file transfer" software via my external harddrive to take all files off my old xp comuter and transferred them across.
Now my new laptop won't let me in because the software has changed my passowrd for the user account .
Strangely the hint for the password is still the same. Obviously i've racked my brains for any old passwords but nothing seems to work.
how can I get round this problem?
