Another random problem with vista for me
Well, today I went to load up my computer which had been off for 2 days, and when I loaded it up, it froze on the log in menu. I then restarted my computer. When it reloaded up it had the bar with the green loading bars load for an extra long time, and it seems to freeze for a few seconds mid load. After this screen the computer would go black. I then restarted once more and the same thing happened.
After this kept occuring I tried to restart into safe mode, but it still led me into the black screen. I do have the installation disk, and when I put it into the disk drive and restart nothing happens, I do not know if I need to press a button for it to load or not.
This is my second problem I've had in the past (i fixed this problem by stopping it from loading on startup), my first being Windows defender running my CPU to 100% on load up. Vista is being difficult to me.
Before the two days it was off, I made no changes or downloads to the computer whatsoever.
If anyone can help, it would be sweet.
