vista SP1 install error code 800705b4

I Need help. I have a Dell 9150 running Vista Business. Everytime I try to install the Vista SP1 update it fails. I went to the View Update History and it gave me the code error 800705b4. I have done a little looking from MS but nothing syas it applies to Vista. Any help would be greatly apreciated!!!
