Error after updating
After updating Vista Home Premium today I got the following message when the PC was restarted:

-Configuration updating in process: 3 of 3, 94% completed
Swich off in progress

And the PC is restarting continuously and I cannot work with it.

I am sending this message from another PC and I do not have the Vista CD.
How can I operate my PC?
