Problem With Media Center Tearing Of Image And Graphical Lines

hello, could anyone help me out

i've insttalled vista ultimate and i was trhying out all the progrma etc... when it came to media center i opened it up and this weird picture came up tearing of image etc... graphical lines, i would like to know if any1 has experiecned this problem and how can i fix it.
