PDF Printing

Printing a pdf in Vista shrinks the document (widens the margins on all 4 sides). Not so in printing same pdf in XP. Doesn't matter if pdf was created via Word 2007 add-in or other conversion software. I have to open the pdf on an old XP machine to print to proper scale.

How can we print a pdf to proper scale using Vista?
