Unable to Install / Use Telnet

Hi.

I recently formatted my laptop and installed Windows Vista Business.

I want to use Telnet.

To enable the service one needs to go to Add programs -- Windows Turn On or Turn OFF Windows Features and Enable Telnet. Also to start the telnet service in the services section.

I am following the same. But still I am unable to install the telnet service.

Need urgent help..
