Problem with "Problem Reports and Solutions"

I'm sorry if this is not the right place to make this post, but i wasn't sure where, exactly, to make it.

I really hope you guys can help me out with this, i've been searching for quite some time and found no solution to this problem.

So, i guess i should describe it. Well, you are all familiar with this feature of Vista, i think, and how it works. Sends reports about crashes of programs and, occasionally, gives back solutions to those problems. The issue i have is that i can't see those solutions.

They're displayed in the "main screen" of the feature. But when i try to actually see what those solutions are, the program informs me that it can't show them to me because i am most likely not connected to the internet or that the server isn't in working order.

I am obviously connected to the internet. And the server seems to be operational for a lot of people. So the problem is on my end.

So, has anyone faced this problem? If so, were you able to deal with it?

It seems u have a problem with a firewall that blocks these pages or a virus protection program that does the same So have a look at your settings In your FW perhaps it helps u a bit Or try to disable them when the problem occour to see if this a the problem

First of all, thank you for your answer.

I tried doing what you said, yet no change was noted. I opened an exception in the firewall, nothing. I shut it down and nothing. I don't think i'm heading in the right direction.
