Changing Vista Boot Order

Hello All,

I am unable to get into the Vista Bios to change the default boot to CD, so I can conduct a recovery from a True Image backup.

I try ESC, F10, F2 and each time all I get is a white screen. Then I thought the problem might be my wireless keyboard and mouse, so I hooked up wired versions of each - SAME RESULT.

I have an HP Media Center m7760n.

Is there a software package that will allow me to change at will during situations like this?
