Windows Movie Maker in Vista
I have new XPS 420 computer from Dell. When I try capture video from Canon HV-20 camcorder to Windows Movie Maker , program not recognize camcorder or showing message "capture is already running on this computer..." while nothing is running. I have no problem with capturing video from same camcorder using another programs ( Premiere Elements , Roxio Capture Video). Beside this Windows Movie Maker acting weird , not responding , freezing and living on monitor screen reminders from program. Contact Dell tech. support but they can't resolve problem , beside this look to me like technicians just learning this software.
It is any way to repair or reinstall this program?
