Hello, all...
I apologize for this being my first post. I've scoured the internet, looking for an answer to a problem I'm having, and this marvelous forum looks like my best chance! I promise to contribute elsewhere.
My problem is that when Sending/Receiving in Outlook 2007, the status bar at the bottom shows "Sending 1 of 7..." and so on, although I am sending only one message.
My only clues:
- It's not consistent, as sometimes it only shows the one message I am sending.
- The numbers are inconsistent, but for the most part, it appears to add 6 to the number of emails I am sending. Just now, I sent 3 emails and the status bar showed "Sending 1 of 9," etc.
- I am running the Kaspersky 7.0 and Spybot S&D and neither have detected any problem.
- I tried disabling the virus scanning of outgoing emails and it did not affect the problem.
- There are no mysterious messages in my Sent folder, nor unsent messages in my Outbox.
- I have Vista Home Premium and am running Office Ultimate 2007, which includes Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Or suggestions? It's not affecting performance, obviously, but it's worrisome to me!
Thanks so much in advance,
Renée
