On my wifes hp pavilion notebook with IE7 windows vista home premium her IE7 will suddenly shut down with a runtime has requested an unexpected shut down. She can restart IE7 with no problem. I have a desktop with the same Version of windows Vista and we both have google toolbar installed but mine works fine. Can anyone help?
what is the exact error you get? Include all error numbers...etc..
Can you also have a look in the Event Viewer after IE7 shuts down and see if there are any errors in there. Please post the errors so as to give us as much info as possible,
