Cannot extract file from a zipfile due to security issue

I've got this zipfile (spanned over multiple files) that i open with WinRaR. The zipfile contains 5 files. I can extract them all with the exception of one. When i try to extract it, i get a message stating that i'm not authorized to perform this operation and that i need an "empowerment" (is that the word? i'm not english) from someone. However, this someone is me!
I've made myself owner of all files that contain the zip, but it still refuses to extract that fifth file!
Can somebody help me?

If you cannot open the zip file means, follow the steps.
·Click on the Start Menu.
·Click on the Run option from the start menu.
·When the Run dialog box comes up, enter the following in the Open field:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
·After typing that in, left click once on OK. This will re-enable the built-in zip support for your computer.
·Restart your computer.
If the issue persists, it may be due to expiration of free version of zip and you need to download again.
