taskeng process with unknown user running in the background

Hello Team,

i am a newbie to this community, please guide in case of any mistake regarding the current post.

i am using windows vista home premium edition. recently i am facing an issue with the taskeng.exe process which is continuously uploading data from my system(@70+ KB/sec) leading to bandwidth loss.

i have 2 taskeng.exe processess running, have attached a screenshot from process explorer.

from Net Limiter software i found that from process number 1288, large amounts of data is being sent out of my system, i terminated the taskeng with sp\SAI as attribute, but the upload didnt stop. i then tried to kill the other taskeng process with attribute "acess denied", but it says "Error opening taskeng.exe:Access is denied".

I have tried the following things:

1. my OS is up to date, i regularly update it
2. my Norton internet security, is also up to date
3. i am using comodo firewall and windows defender
4. i recently installed Malwarebytes' anti malware and found few bugs which i removed after scan.
