Cumulative Security Update for IE8 Fails
I have tried twice to install the latest Cumulative Security Update (KB980182). Windows update reports the updates installed successfully, then demands a restart. After the restart I get a flag to say that the update failed - and this is what it says in the update history. Exactly the same thing happened with the previous CSU (KB978207) at the end of January. (I never solved that one).

My setup is Vista Home Premium SP2 with AVG Internet Security. I also have Winpatrol running. Other Windows updates install without problems.
