How to know if a file has been "stolen" from computer?

Hi. Because of an emergency, I rushed out of my desk and left my computer open. It took me a while to return. To my horror, I realized that I left my computer unlocked. Now, I'm getting paranoid that some of the confidential files in my computer have been stolen while I was away, i.e., copied in a flash disk. Is there a way to determine if any file has been copied while I was away? Thanks!
