Vista security blocking a program?
Ok, on my computer my older brother plays a game called PKR. He has installed it on his laptop also, but on his laptop it doesn't work. On the application shortcut, there is the emblem of the Security Center on windows vista. Is this blocking the program? It opens but then freezes the whole laptop. Can anyone help?
PS: the computer is 5 years old and the laptop 6 months, so I dont think it's the graphics card or anything.
