Best Freeware Anti-Virus
I have heard a lot of things going around about AVG being the best freeware anti-virus.

WRONG! See here as to why Avast! Home Edition is better:

1. I had AVG and it found a bunch of files infected with W32Patite. It quarantined them and said they were not healable. Avast! easily cleaned these files in SECONDS! And no problems using them afterwards.

2. AVG is an annoying little program that does not deal with viruses as well as Avast! would.

So I don't know what you people see in AVG, although Avast! Home edition requires a registration key , that key is free of charge!
So put some support in Avast!
