Re: Antivirus program for vista
I would suggest if you are looking for a rock solid antivirus program and willing to pay, I would suggest NOD 32, which I use on my Vista 64-bit machine. However if you are looking for free I would suggest Avast Home Free Edition. Has integrated antivirus and antispyware protection, auto updates, real time protection, and depending on what survey or site you go to Avast's detection rate is higher than AVG's. Avira I believe has the highest, however avira is antivirus only and updates sometimes can take awhile because of their servers being housed overseas I heard.
