Officejet 7210 won't install to Windows Vista??

Hello, I have browsed this site for a solution to no avail....yet.
I have an Officejet 7210 all-in-one and am trying to install it to my HP Pavillion with Windows Vista Home Premium. I am using the original installation disk which only lists Windows 98, Me, 2000 and XP (CD version 4.70), yes, it's an older one. I have tried going to HP Support and downloading all updates (none worked). I have also tried going into the Command Prompts and turning off the user accounts. I'm getting a "Cannot be installed using the "Run as..." command error. The copier, fax and printer work fine, just no scanner.

To get Officejet 7210 installed on your computer, follow the procedure.
1) Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left of the computer screen.
2) In the Search box type %temp% and press Enter key on the keyboard. This will open TEMP folder.
3) Open the latest 7z folder.
4) Double click the file "hpzsetup.exe" .This will start the installation.
