Hello, first click start/right click my computer/click manage/computer snap in appears click ok/select device manager from computer management window/when window opens check for any yellow or red alerts/right click alert and update drivers. If this doesn't fix the problem go to; lexmark drivers download; Download LEXMARK Drivers Now and download your driver from here. sometimes the driver needs to be installed before the device is loaded to your system.
